Fille Publique Design is Linda Ford, 
                                                                                                                          a visual artist who recently relocated 
                                                                                                           to Providence, Rhode Island from San 
                             Francisco, where she received her MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute. 
She creates fine art influenced one-f-a-kind stencils and other design work from her detailed drawings. 
Inspired by Victorian practices such as collecting natural curiosities and fly dressing (for fly fishing), 
her work features a range of eclectic designs that combine the gothic with a contemporary sensibility. 

Ms. Ford has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Skowhegan School of Painting 
and Sculpture Fellowship and Residency; San Francisco Art Institute MFA show Honorable Mention; 
and the Richard and Marianne Martin Award for the Arts, Boston, MA. Her work has been exhibited and 
screened at venues nationally and internationally including, Headlands Center for the Arts, 
Sausalito, CA; Samson Projects, Boston, Massachusetts; Takt 
Kunstprojektraum, Berlin, Germany; and The Costa Rican Museum
